1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Detailing services (once completed).
  • Opened or used detailing products.

Once a service is provided or a product is used, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your detailing product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability and your preference.

3. Standard Returnable Items

For eligible detailing products, returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Refunds will not be issued for used products or completed detailing services. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty on selected detailing products against manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be faulty within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect.

Warranty claims are not valid for misuse or improper storage of products.
